In the event of a false chargeback, a refund will NOT be issued. We are not responsible for lost packages, or packages that have been confirmed as delivered on the end of USPS. We go through extensive measures to ensure that customers have tracking numbers and are encouraged to sign up for email/text updates to be notified on package updates.
