SHIPPING
•Processing time (this is seperate from shipping time) is 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Shipping time is 1-5 business days. This excludes SUNDAYS and HOLIDAYS.
•Cosmetics are handmade and are made to order.
•Once Tracking information is received it is recommended to sign up for text/email updates regarding your package.
•We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. Lost packages will NOT result in a refund or having an item re-shipped.
In the event of a package being stolen or lost, please contact the courier for a claim.
•Please ensure that billing/shipping address is correct prior to completing purchase. We are not responsible or liable for packages that are not received due to incorrect shipping address.
PICK UPS & DELIVERIES
Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing. After order is placed we will send a confirmation email when order is ready for pick up/delivery. Local deliveries are on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays & Sundays
